Sales and delivery
The Gold Bullion Dealer offer three delivery options for customers purchasing online or by telephone. Some deliveries will depend on availability of our stock items.
Shipping is insured up to a value of £10,000 and charged based on total weight at checkout.
Insurance & Delivery Security
You are fully insured against loss and damage. All goods are dispatched with full insurance cover. Should your order not arrive or become damaged in transit our insurance will cover for lost or damaged goods.
A Royal Mail 13 digit tracking number will be sent by email and/or text message when your order is dispatched. (Text messages will only be sent to customers who provide a mobile telephone number.)
You can track your delivery using the 'Track Delivery' option on the Royal Mail website.
Royal Mail Delivery
Orders on in-stock items placed before 3pm on standard working days will be dispatched same day by secure and insured Royal Mail Special Delivery. Your order should arrive before 1pm the following working day and will require a signature on delivery.
Payment funds must clear in full before 3pm dispatch cut off time.
Collect Goods in Person
Customers are welcome to collect goods in person upon full cleared payment from our Birmingham office.

Any item returned to us must be in its original condition and postage to be paid by sender.
